Associate Electronics Technician/Engineer (ATE-MD)

TTCI is adding electronics technicians/engineers to our team for production test support. The candidates would operate the test systems and inspect Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs). They will also test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production electronics. Applicants with working knowledge of theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, engineering mathematics, and electronic and electrical testing are desired. The candidates will usually work under the direction of our engineering staff. Advancement opportunities into the test development team will also be offered. Moreover, applicants must be a US citizen or resident.
The candidates will be working under supervision, and established procedures will be followed to accomplish assigned tasks.

Test Engineer (TE-MD)

We are looking for test engineers specializing in the development of In-Circuit Test (ICT) sets for Keysight 3070 (formerly HP) and/or Teradyne (formerly GenRad) TestStation/228X test systems.
The candidates must have at least three years of experience with in-circuit test equipment. They would develop and debug our test systems and install in-circuit test sets remotely online or at customers’ manufacturing locations nationwide. The candidates would also help support production testing and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), program enhancements, and library model generation. Moreover, they will also perform testing and failure analysis of assembled boards and other related tasks.
These positions require some travel and are available in the Hunt Valley, MD, office.

Sr. Test Engineer (STE-MD)

In this role with TTCI, a candidate would specialize in the development of In-Circuit Test (ICT) sets for Keysight 3070 (Formerly Agilent & HP), Teradyne/GenRad, and Flying Probe test systems.
Candidates must have more than five years of experience with in-circuit test equipment. Some experience with Flying Probe test equipment is preferred. A candidate would develop and debug on our test systems and install in-circuit test sets remotely online or at customers’ manufacturing locations nationwide.
A strong working knowledge of Flash/ISP programming, MAC address, and boundary scan is required. The candidate would also help support production testing with implements, Engineering Change Orders, program enhancements, and library model generation and perform testing and failure analysis of assembled boards and other related tasks. An understanding of standalone boundary scan and flying probe would be desired
Some travel is required. Positions are available in the Hunt Valley, MD, office.
